Flexible study modes designed around your life

AIF offers two modes of study. Most qualifications are delivered 100% online, with fitness requiring practical assessments to be done at your local gym. The Diploma of Remedial Massage is delivered in a blended format combining online learning with hands-on campus practical sessions.

Study in your own space, at your own pace. AIF's online platform gives you access to world-class content, coach support, and assessments — whenever it suits you. No campus required. Fitness qualifications do require practical assessments to be completed at a gym local to you.
